Therefore, the quality requirements of the base paper used in this veneer process are higher. The base paper is divided into decorative paper, face paper and balance paper.

1. Decorative paper: When choosing the quantitative of decorative paper, the surface structure of the artificial board substrate should be considered. When the substrate surface structure is rough, the basis weight of the decorative paper should be larger to cover the rough and uneven surface. Decorative paper should have good covering ability and avoid color, sawdust, burrs, etc. The surface of the substrate appears after hot pressing.

2. Surface paper: Because the short-term process of the bottom pressure limits the thickness of the impregnated paper for the concrete cushion, under normal circumstances, the surface layer of the anti-wear layer can only be covered on the decorative paper when the laminate floor finish is solved. paper.

3. Balance paper: Balance paper is used to cover the back of the substrate and play a role in structural balance. Balance paper is unpurified sulfate paper, similar to base paper. In use, the matching balance paper is selected according to the number of surface paper layers, the type of substrate, the thickness and the pressing process.
